The Financial Services Authority (FSA) added a raft of new companies to its list of unauthorised firms and individuals last week.

One firm was included on its list of unauthorised firms or people:

Corporate Financial Trading Solutions and Investments (London) Limited, trading as CFS

Three firms were added to the regulator’s list of unauthorised overseas companies, including:

Ashmore Impendent Financial Advisors aka Ashmore Financial
Ashmore Investment Group
Atlantic Gaming Partners

The regulator also added one unauthorised internet bank to its list:

Equitorial Trust Private Bank

According to the FSA, although not all fundraising activities require authorisation or approval, investors who have given money or are considering giving money should exercise caution and will not benefit from UK compensation or complaint schemes.
