The Newcastle BS 2-year fixed-rate postal bond
is the latest in a series of launches.
Newcastle BS launches fixed-rate bond
Newcastle Building Society has announced the launch of its Two-year Fixed-Rate Postal Bond with a rate of up to 4.50 per cent Gross/AER.
The Society’s latest bond will be available for those looking to invest between £5,000 and £50,000 with the option to receive interest annually at 4.50 per cent Gross/AER or at a monthly rate of 4.25 per cent Gross/AER.
The account is operated exclusively by post and allows further deposits while it is an open issue, but there is no access until maturity.
Steve Urwin, Senior Marketing Executive at Newcastle Building Society, says, ‘We’re really pleased to be offering even more savers the chance to benefit from these rates.’
