TD Waterhouse commented, 'BP edges up the buys taking the number one spot with 27 per cent this morning. The  oil giant’s share price rose after announcing an Arctic exploration deal and share-swap with Russia's Rosneft.

'Taylor Wimpey reappears in the top ten sells this morning accounting for 8.9 per cent. The housebuilder is expected to report tomorrow that results from the full year are towards the top end of forecasts.'
